Refund Policy

We know how hard it is to purchase clothing online. We want you to be 100% satisfied with NIA's products. If you are not completely happy with your online purchase, please return your unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, or defective product within 30 days for a full refund.

A defective item will be replaced with the same product. We strive to ensure all our products are free of any defects before shipping. If you receive a defective item, please email us immediately and we will replace that item free of charge. 

Sale items are final sale and not eligible for returns or exchanges.

Items bought in-store have a 7 day exchange-only policy.  We offer a credit and or exchange for unworn, unused merchandise. 

 

Return/Exchange Instructions:

RETURNS: 

1. Please drop us an email niaacollection@gmail.com to begin the return process.
2. We will send you instructions on how to package your return item.
3. $5 will be deducted from the return total to cover return shipping. 
4. Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment (credit card or gift card).

EXCHANGES:

1. Please drop us an email niaacollection@gmail.com to begin the exchange process.
2. We will send you instructions on how to package your return item.
3. $5 will be deducted from the total to cover shipping. 
4. We will send you a replacement item of your choice that is equal to the original product. Any difference in price will be charged to your original form of payment. An item of lesser value cannot be credited to your original form of payment.
